UDOT released the Draft EIS on June 25, 2021. The release of the Draft EIS was followed by a 70-day public comment period that ended on September 3, 2021.
UDOT released a Revised Draft EIS Chapter 26 – Section 4(f) and 6(f) Evaluation, on December 10, 2021. The release of the revised chapter was followed by a 30-day public comment period that ended on January 10, 2022.
